Silicone is a kind of environmental
friendly material which is odorless, colorless, high insulation
and oxidation resistant, high resistance to chemcial solvents,
fuel and oils. Except strong alkaline and hydrofloric
acid, silicone does not have any reaction with the other
chemcials.
Owing to the above special characteristics, silicone
was widely used in many industries such as medical,
electronics packaging, lubricants, adhesives, sealants,
gaskets, breast implants, pressure compensating diaphragms
for drip irrigation emitters.
Thanks to the high bondability, oxidatation and colour
fading resistant, silicone can produce an excellent
3-D colourful pattern on any garment material surface.
This is the reason why so many famous and high end brand
names adopt silicon in felt patch, zippertab and even
the pattern of a glove via an advanced micro-injection
technique.
